Associate Membership for New & Renewing Members

 

You may become a Associate Member of MOWPA in one of two ways:

Via US Mail:   Fill out the FY2020 Membership Form and mail along with payment to the address indicated at the bottom of the form.

Via credit card/pay pal:  Fill out and submit the form below, then select the “Pay Now” button to complete your transaction. When paying by credit card or email, you must pay for each person separately.

If you are renewing your membership by Pay Pal or Credit Card, please complete the membership form below.

NOTES: (1) MOWPA operates on a fiscal year from July 1 – June 30.  Memberships will expire at the end of each fiscal year.

(2) Membership in MOWPA is done on an INDIVIDUAL basis. In order to qualify for an Associate Membership there must be a current regular member from your company/organization. One regular membership does not extend to the entire company – but it will allow additional members from that company to purchase the Associate Membership if they would like to join MOWPA.

Step 2 – Verification and Submit

  • Please enter any two digits with no space (Example” 12):
  • Select the submit button below; then select the “Pay Now” button to complete your transaction through Pay Pal.
